Contemporary Art Platform is a 700 square meter gallery space located inside the Life Center (Industrial Shuwaikh) and a warehouse/outdoor space (1500 square meters) that is sometimes open for use. With a number of movable walls, an arts library, film screening area and an art studio, CAP’s space becomes very unique in it’s flexibility.
CAP’s growing public art library includes books and magazines about art & design, architecture, artist biographies and much more. With comfortable seating, a free Wi-fi connection, in addition to a quiet coffee shop below, we guarantee all visitors a comfortable and excellent space to read, research and be inspired at CAP.
The studio space will shortly be open for artists living in Kuwait to use it in order produce work over a period of time.
